Forgot your password

What is this page for?

If you've lost your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to request a recovery link. You receive an email that lets you set a new password yourself in a few steps.

How it works

   Open the sign-in screen

   Go to the CallingBird sign-in screen and click Forgot password?

   Enter your email address

   Use the email address registered to your account and click Send reset instructions.

   Open the email

   If the address exists, CallingBird sends reset instructions. If your account isn't verified yet, you get a verification link instead.

   Choose a new password

   Open the link in the email, enter your new password twice (at least 8 characters) and click Save password.

Good to know

• Also check your Spam or Junk folder.
• If the link no longer works, request another recovery link through Forgot password?.
• The reset page shows you when a link is invalid or expired.
